Pickleball Paddle OEM & ODM Manufacturing
We build pickleball paddles to a buyer’s specification. Four moulds are already tooled, and every number on this page is a figure we run on those moulds today — not a list of things that might be possible.
The four moulds we run today
These are production moulds, not samples. A buyer who picks one of them pays no tooling and gets a shorter sample cycle. A new shape, a different core thickness or a different handle length means new tooling, which we quote separately.
| Mould | Face | Core | Weight | Length / handle | Balance |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FCPP-11 | Fiberglass | 16 mm | 215 ±5 g | 400 mm / 125 mm | — |
| FCPP-21 | T700 carbon fibre | 16 mm | 210 ±5 g | 420 mm / 140 mm | — |
| JP25 | Carbon fibre | Aluminium honeycomb, 2 × 0.05 mm (16 mm) | 220 ±5 g bare 235 ±5 g with guard |
— | 225 ±10 mm |
| JP26 | Carbon fibre | Paper honeycomb (16 mm) | 220 ±5 g bare 235 ±5 g with guard |
— | 230 ±10 mm |
All four run a 16 mm core. Grip circumference on FCPP-21 is 108 mm (4.25 in). FCPP-11 ships as a set: two paddles, four balls, one carry bag.

What a buyer can specify
Everything in this list changes cost, so we quote it as a configuration rather than as a base price plus options.
Face material
Fiberglass, T700 carbon fibre, or carbon over an aluminium or paper honeycomb core.
Print coverage
Edge-to-edge print or an inset face print. Artwork supplied as vector; we return a proof before production.
Colour
Standard colourways or a matched shade, subject to the run size for that colour.
Edge guard
Fitted or omitted. This is a weight decision as much as a cosmetic one: 15 g on JP25 and JP26.
Grip and handle
Grip tape colour and thickness; handle length 125 mm or 140 mm on current moulds.
Packaging
Poly bag, printed colour box, or a set configuration with balls and a carry bag.
Labels and compliance
Barcode, country-of-origin marking, warning text and insert per your market.
Brand
Your brand only. We do not put FANGCAN on an OEM order unless you ask for it.
MOQ, samples and lead time
We do not publish a blanket minimum order for every project. The base figure is 300 pcs — an existing mould, in a colour already running. What moves it is the configuration:
No tooling charge
MOQ is driven by the print and packaging run, not by the mould. This is the shortest route to a sample.
Quoted with the tooling
A new shape, core thickness or handle length needs a mould. Tooling, MOQ and lead time are quoted together as one line.
Built to your spec
From an existing mould we build the sample against your specification. From new tooling the sample follows tooling. A sample from an existing mould takes 7–15 days from confirmed specification and artwork. New tooling adds mould time on top, quoted together with the tooling, and any sample fee is credited against the order.
Certification and testing
We do not hold a blanket certification for the pickleball category, and we will not tell you we do. What we do is manufacture to the standard your market requires and support the testing: production samples from the actual run, material declarations, and the factory documentation a test house asks for.
If your market needs a specific scheme, name it in the brief. It changes which sample we build first and how long the run takes.
How an order is inspected
Three checkpoints, all at the factory, all against the specification sheet you signed. Nothing here depends on us inspecting our own work and telling you it passed:
Materials
Face sheet, core block and edge guard are sample-checked against the approved specification before the run starts.
Weight and balance
Measured off the production line, not off a sample bench. A line that drifts gets stopped, not averaged.
Packed cartons
Sample drawn from packed cartons at the agreed AQL level. The measurement sheet and photographs travel with the shipment.
If you use a third-party inspection company, we schedule it. Name it in the brief so the date sits inside the production plan rather than after it.
Send a brief in six lines
Most paddle enquiries arrive missing two of these and cost a week of email. Six lines is enough for a quotation.
Send an enquiry
We usually reply within one business day. For a quotation, please include model, quantity and target market.
Questions buyers ask before a sample
What is the minimum order for a pickleball paddle?
300 pcs for a standard configuration — an existing mould, in a colour already running. Beyond that it moves with four things: whether the mould already exists, how many colours the artwork uses, which print method the face needs, and how the paddles are packed. Send the six-line brief on this page and the quotation states one figure for that configuration.
Can you match a paddle we already sell?
Yes. Send us a physical sample or the full specification, and we reverse-spec it: face material and thickness, core type and cell size, bare weight, weight with the edge guard, balance point, handle length and grip circumference. If an existing mould is within tolerance we quote from it; if not, we quote tooling separately.
Why does the weight on your page say 220 g and 235 g for the same paddle?
Because the edge guard is a separate part. JP25 and JP26 are both 220 +/-5 g bare and 235 +/-5 g with the guard fitted. Those are two different products to a buyer checking a spec sheet, so we list both. Ask any supplier whether the figure they quote includes the guard.
Do you hold certifications for the paddles?
We do not hold a blanket certification for the category. Testing and certification are arranged to the buyer’s market as a project item: we supply production samples, material declarations and the factory documentation a test house asks for. Tell us the scheme at brief stage, because it changes the sample plan and the timeline. The market-by-market picture is on certification and market access.
