OEM Spec Sheet: What We Send Back Before You Commit

01

Why a spec sheet comes before a price

A per-unit price on its own tells you almost nothing. The same 675 mm frame is a different product at 10 mm or 12 mm section, at 7.0 RA or 8.5 RA, at 72 holes or 76. So the first document we send is a specification table — the numbers your quotation will be built on. Once you approve it, that table becomes the inspection standard for the whole order.

  • Lead timeConfirmed per model together with the spec table — it depends on mould availability and material, so we quote it per project rather than publish a fixed number
  • Minimum orderSet per model. An existing mould starts lower than a new one, which carries a tooling cost
  • What we need from youTarget weight, balance, stiffness feel, string tension and a reference sample or drawing

Three reference builds

These are real builds from our own mould bank, published here as reference points for the ranges we work in. Model names are omitted — the point is the numbers, not the SKU.

How a build gets locked

1

You send the target

A reference racket, a drawing, or just the numbers: weight, balance, stiffness feel, tension. A photo of what you are competing against is usually enough to start.

2

We reply with a spec table

Within two working days you get this table filled in, plus the mould we would use and whether it already exists.

3

Sample, then measure

We build one to three samples against the table. You check them against the same numbers — not against a feeling. Any field that misses goes back into the table, not into a second guess.

4

Sign off, then produce

The signed table becomes the QC standard: incoming inspection, in-process checks and final inspection all reference it. Test reports for the batch are available on request.

04

Certification and testing

We do not hold a standing ISO certificate. What we do instead is test and certify per order: third-party laboratory testing (SGS, TÜV, Intertek or the laboratory you nominate) against the standard your market requires — EN 1510 for badminton rackets, ITF/USTA for tennis, or your own buyer specification. Test reports are issued against the batch, not against the company.

  • ✓Third-party laboratory testing arranged to your market standard
  • ✓Batch test reports issued with the shipment on request
  • ✓Material declarations and REACH / RoHS statements available for EU destinations
  • ✓Certificate of origin and full export documentation handled in-house

Send us the target

Tell us the model you want to match, the target weight and balance, the quantity for the first order and the market you are selling into. We reply with the spec table within two working days.
