Standard 173 × 61 cm mat at 6 mm — the size most studios hand out, and the thickness that suits beginners who need a little cushion under the knees and wrists.
Closed-cell PVC wipes clean and does not soak up sweat, which is why it is still the default rental mat in gyms. Textured on both sides: one side grips the floor, the other holds a towel or bare feet.
Ships rolled, with a carry strap and a shoulder bag. If you need the longer 183 × 61 cm version at 8 mm, that is FCY-02.
